All our grass seed blends are also available in “you-fill-it” smaller quantities bags

Our grass seed mixtures contain more than one type of grass. We sell only non-coated seed. These mixtures often include tall fescue, Kentucky bluegrass, and ryegrass. The combination of different grasses makes your lawn healthy and hardy. Your lawn benefits from the unique strengths of each type of grass.

When estimating coverage for seeding areas, estimate 3# of seed per 1,000 square feet for overseeding existing grass. For new lawns, estimate 6# of seed per 1,000 square feet. For control of seed placement, consider a straw blanket, straw bales or easy to use Penn Mulch.
